TAP for Telephone provides adaptive telephone equipment that may work with Relay Missouri, including TTY's, TTY's for HCO and VCO/Caption telephones.

What are the Eligibility Requirements?

• You must be a Missouri resident.
• You must have a telephone service in your home.
• You must have a certified disability that prevents you from accessing or effectively using basic telephone service with standard telephone equipment.
• Based on income limits.
