Behind the Scene
The "behind the scenes" concept of CapTel is the same as using the equipment via voice recognition software, as pictured on the previous page. registration is required to log in and become a user of the Sprint WebCapTel.

Sprint WebCapTel On the Go! allows you to listen to your caller with one telephone device (wireless or standard telephone) while you read the captions of everything that is being said on a second wireless device.
Equipment requirement to use for the Sprint WebCapTel On the Go!:
- To read the captions:
- You will need a wireless device with the Windows Mobile® Version 6 (or higher) or Safari®
- Enter the URL address in the internet browser: www.sprintcaptel.com
- To speak and hear your caller on a second phone:
- Cellular phone to view the text
- Landline phone to speak and listen
